A simple and fast technique, the organs are removed individually, all after having been examined "in situ". The anatomical relationships are preserved at all times.
A horizontal incision is made with the scalpel from the right shoulder to the left shoulder, passing under the clavicles and above the sternal manubrium.
At the midpoint of the incision, another vertical incision is made along the midline of the thorax and abdomen reaching the symphysis pubis, passing through the left side of the umbilicus.
