A simple and fast technique, the organs are removed individually, all after having been examined "in situ". The anatomical relationships are preserved at all times. A horizontal incision is made with the scalpel from the right shoulder to the left shoulder, passing under the clavicles and above the sternal manubrium. At the midpoint of the incision, another vertical incision is made along the midline of the thorax and abdomen reaching the symphysis pubis, passing through the left side of the umbilicus.
3.
The technique consists of the simultaneous opening of the thoracic and abdominal cavity, all this through a single incision that covers the anterior wall of both cavities. The thoracoabdominal wall is lifted and reclined on the thighs of the corpse, leaving open both cavities, thus having a complete view of the viscera of the thorax and abdomen.
4.
After having been thoroughly examined externally, a "Y" incision is made, after removing the sternal breastplat, an internal examination for agenesis or hypoplasias is performed, followed by a study and systematic dissection of umbilical veins and arteries and inspection of the urachus.
5.
Congenital atresia is associated with tracheoesophageal fistula in eighty-five percent of cases, to survive it must be surgically corrected within forty-eight hours of birth. Death usually occurs due to asphyxia, aspiration pneumonia and water and electrolyte imbalance
6.
It is a congenital malformation; it presents a single facial orbit due to the failed division in the forebrain during the development of the embryo. It is very common that there is also a dysfunctional nose, in some cases they may be underdeveloped or in other cases absent, being replaced by a proboscis, usually located in the middle of the face. The vast majority of those born with cyclopia who manage to survive delivery have other serious defects that would make survival difficult.
7.
Mummification occurs when the corpse undergoes a process of dehydration, rapidly losing water prevents the putrefaction process from continuing; organs are also usually preserved, although they are reduced in size. Saponification or adipocere occurs when the lipids present in the fatty tissues are hydrolyzed by the action of enzymes and bacteria of the corpse, the hydrolysis releases fatty acids that react with alkaline salts to form adipocere
8.
The most frequent lethal injury associated with head trauma, they can be acute, subacute or chronic. They are produced by the stretching and tearing of the parasagittal veins that drain the surface of the cerebral hemispheres towards the dural venous sinuses. Part of the lethality associated with subdural hematomas is due to lesions of the brain parenchyma. Blood leaks between the dura and arachnoid layers, pooled within the rigid outer lining of the brain, usually occurs from a head injury and is life-threatening.

An unusual and very rare malignant tumor occurring in infants and children under 5 years of age, usually located in the anterior vaginal wall. The tumor is characterized by a bulky, polypoid mass that fills and projects outside the vagina.
12.
It begins within the first hours post-mortem, forming a blackish spot that normally begins in the external angle of the eye, another similar one forms near the lacrimal and they unite in a rounded spot. It is produced by the desiccation of the sclera that becomes transparent, revealing the pigment of the choroid
13.
When the decomposition of the organic matter of the corpse begins through the action of bacteria from the intestine, anaerobic bacteria act, which are perceived by insects that are attracted by the gases released. These insects can detect the odor from miles away, and due to their small size they are able to enter almost anywhere. To determine the P.M.I. it is essential to know which insects are in the area. The time it takes for an insect to lay its eggs and the subsequent development of the larvae can be measured with great precision, so the study of the insects and larvae present in the corpse helps to establish the post-mortem interval

Roberts syndrome is generally characterized by abnormalities of the limbs and face, including phocomelia in some severe cases, the absence of bones and muscles in the upper or lower limbs (in more extreme cases the limbs arise directly from the trunk). Craniofacial malformations include cleft lip, cleft palate, microcephaly (head size smaller than usual), among others The methods to be diagnosed are based on cytogenetic tests, those affected present premature separation of the centromeres and separation of the heterochromatic regions in most of the chromosomes in metaphase
15.
It is characterized by the absence of ganglion cells in the myenteric and submucosal plexuses in a variable segment of the intestine. It is produced by an interruption of the cranial-caudal migration of the neural crest cells responsible for the innervation of the colon or when the ganglion cells undergo premature death between days five and twelve weeks of pregnancy.
16.
Also called malignant Schwannoma is a malignant neoplastic lesion originating from the Schwann cells of the sheath lining of the peripheral nerves. The tumor may be a malignant transformation of a pre-existing neurofibroma. It is frequently located in the deep parts of the head, neck, spine and lower extremities. Microscopically it presents a general appearance of tumor cells similar to a fibrosarcoma.
17.
At the moment of death, physical and chemical changes occur in the corpse, as well as the appearance of microorganisms that initiate putrefaction. Embalming protects the body from natural decomposition. First the body is disinfected, then through an incision the blood is evacuated, a cannula is introduced with preservative liquid that reaches all tissues.
